I offer 3 different and wonderful 3 hour experiences that are designed to engage, enlighten and entertain by connecting them to their hearts, bodies and inner child. Experience 1, 2 or all 3 in two days!

Option 1

Behavior Mastery

Transform how you manage behavior and how you show up for kids with the simplest, fastest and most effective behavior system ever! As fast as 1 week!

Behavior Mastery is a laughter-filled adventure into understanding the behaviors of ourselves and our children. We watch real-life videos of the Behavior Mastery tools in action while identifying hidden stuck mindsets and take steps to change the ones that don’t benefit them. We play with magical partner and group activities to practice the power of Behavior Mastery immediately.

Behavior Mastery is a research-informed social-emotional behavior system that starts with mastery of oneself. As you, the adult connects more with your heart and inner child, you experience & understand how creating Win-Win environments benefits you and the children that look up to you. Behavior Mastery aligns with developmentally appropriate practices and is based in brain science. And learn the 5 Tools of Transformation to encourge your neuro-divergent, exceptional children to step up and assist leading the class.

And I keep everyone engaged throughout the entire time with different types of breathwork, funny teachable moment videos, stretches, sing-a-longs and other activities to keep the vibe of fun and play flowing with energy and learning!

Option 2

Staff Wellness​

Laughter, Leadership & Learning for the Mind, Body & Spirit!

Mental & Physical Stress Relief  ~  Team Building  ~ Social Emotional Training ~ Improving Communication with Students, Staff and Parents  ~ Mindfulness  ~  Increasing Joy in the Classroom  ~   Health and Wellness ~  Inner Child Work 

Staff Wellness will begin with fun videos, stretching and comedy as they will be learning about how to joyfully take 100% responsibility for their classrooms. This magic happens by engaging in a thought provoking, eye-opening adventure full of sing alongs and comedic videos used for teachable moments. We discover the passed down programming that teachers have and help them break out of stuck, repetitive patterns that leads to burn out. We learn how to play more in the classroom and in life. And sprinkled throughout the morning will be a variety of stretches. As they access more joy, they’ll relieve lower back, neck, sciatic and carpal tunnel pain. 

Partner and small group games that are mind awaking team building experiences are intertwined! We finish with games and fun surprises that bring out the giggling, pure joy and belly laughter that will re-connect them with their inner children. They leave feeling alive, powerful and with much less mental stress than they came in with as they will walk into their classrooms refreshed, rejuvenated and anew in the eyes of their kids!

Option 3

No Learning, Just PLAY! INner Child SERVICE

Directors/Admins & Teaching Staff

Humans are naturally oppositional. We hear “No” from kids and staff way more often than we hear a playful “yes, and…” Add to that the reality that most staff don’t get to be their authentic selves around the children they spend their days with—no wonder it drains our energy.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Imagine classrooms full of teachers who are silly, fully self-expressed, laughing all day, connected to their inner child, and radiating joy. Hard to picture? Then stop imagining—and start living it.

Let’s PLAY is 3 hours of JOY, improv, and breaking free of the tight little boxes we climbed into the moment we decided to “grow up.” In this session, you’ll:

  • Play improv games that unleash your inner child
  • Laugh at heart-warming videos
  • Stretch, breathe, and re-energize your body
  • Reclaim the magic of play that kids already know by heart

This is spectacular for administrative staff and directors the day before your teachers’ in-service. Why? Because when you show up lighter, brighter, and more alive, your staff feel it—and they rise to meet that energy.
