🔒 Anti-Discrimination Policy

Last updated: 8-05-2025

At UNprofessional Development, we don’t just teach respect — we practice it. That means no hate, no bias, no BS. We welcome all humans (and those still figuring it out) regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, identity, sexuality, religion, disability, age, size, neurodivergence, or any other trait the world has tried to weaponize.

Here’s what that looks like in real life:

    • Our trainings are safe, inclusive spaces — online or in person.

    • We call out harmful behavior when we see it, even if it’s uncomfortable.

    • We don’t tolerate discrimination in any form from participants, staff, or guest speakers.

    • If you need accommodations, we listen and adapt. Period.

What you can expect from us:

    • You’ll be seen, heard, and respected.

    • You’ll get content that reflects diverse voices and lived experiences.

    • You’ll never be asked to shrink who you are to “fit in.”

What we expect from you:

Bring your full self. Leave your bigotry at the door.

If you witness or experience any kind of discriminatory behavior during a UNPD event, contact us directly at info@unprofessionaldevelopment.wtf. We take it seriously and respond quickly.

You belong here. And if someone says otherwise — they don’t.
